I used to LOVE this app. I originally purchased all the frames & at one point, I was upgraded, for free, to unlock all the other filters, textures, etc. But ever since I upgraded to os9, all the filters (except the frames) reverted back to demos again. I even tried to purchase them today & couldnt even do that -- button wasnt working & the only button that worked was "cancel". I would really like the filters back. This is very disappointing. PLEASE FIX!!!

Please fix this. I want to purchase the upgrades!!!!!

Really loved this app but recently it keeps crashing on my iPhone 6s plus. Help!!!

I love this app and the Smugmug site! It has inspired me to create art and try my hand at selling photos I took with my iPhone. This app helps me turn my photos into art!

Dont bother! They have left this app to die. This WAS my favorite photo app, was. Now, sadly it goes squarely in the fail category. After getting my new iPhone 6 last year I reinstalled all of my apps including camera awesome and lo and behold none of my previously purchased filters remained. When I went to restore purchases - that did nothing so I contacted SmugMugs "support heroes" to see about fixing the problem and the response was "yes, we are aware of the issue" silly me I took that to mean they were working on it. They are not. I went back on the website to see if anything had changed and thats when, after digging for information for about half an hour, I found out theyre no longer fixing or supporting their application. So basically, thanks for giving us your money we got what we want will see you later. I know to never purchase anything from SmugMug again. If I want to toss money to someone and get nothing for it Ill give it to a homeless person who needs it not a company who steals it and walks away. Bad business practices people.

I bought the whole package. A few days ago I needed to use the camera and I noticed all the filters I paid for were gone. Further investigation revealed Smugmug was not going to support this app any longer. I could have going out and bought my dog a bone and it would have been more useful than this. It took a couple emails to even get a straight answer from support. I will never buy from this group again.

The company is no longer supporting this app, so not everything works and you cant buy the additional filters, but you can still use it as a camera and it is far superior to the iPhone 6s built-in camera. I would recommend setting it so that it saves your photos and videos to the camera roll by default because you may have some issues viewing photos within the app. Overall, for a free app, this is awesome. I just wish it was still supported.

As many have noted, previously made purchases are no longer being supported when restoring the app. This leaves us users with no product for the cash weve spent. Do not support this developer.

Ive used this app a lot and it was great! But over a year ago it no longer worked. When you open the app it shows the screen for about 5 seconds, then crashes closed. All my images stored in the app are lost because you cant get to them before it crashes. Ive waited for an update, and there isnt one. Ive had 2 new updated phones since this issue and it still doesnt work. Im going to have to cut my losses and delete this app as it takes up so much storage and also will lose all my images.

BROKEN after 9.0 and beyond!!! SMUGMUG FAIL!!! the camera still functions somewhat, but you better export to camera roll to be safe. All purchases gone! I previously reviewed as: This is a total replacement for the stock camera! Even if it did not have the huge selection of effects, I would still give it FIVE stars for the functionality that it adds on the picture taking and movie capturing end! I love: - being able to split and place the exposure and focus point. - lock exposure, lock focus, independently. - reduce camera shake. - zoom zoom zooma zoom. - the extra framing the shot screen markings, particularly the level. - the included after affects. This app, by far, is my favorite photography/videography tool. I placed the apple camera app into an unused folder after using this camera.

My camera that was already on my iPad doesnt work so I downloaded this and guess what?!IT WONT LET ME TAKE THE PHOTO!!!

This is a failed app. Do not buy. Developers have abandoned it. Cant restore purchases!

SmugMug has left their customers in the dust. Says it has multi-resolution but cant find anywhere to check it. FAQ horribly short. No link to get support from website or the app. If you paid money for this app call iTunes & get a refund. Dont give any more money to any of this companys apps

Like the title says, this IS a great app, and I love using it, but you have to purchase a lot, and I never purchase anything with real money. On the other hand, it has great options, filters, and for the most part the camera is clear. So yeah, this app is great, I give it 4/5 stars!

I too, used to love this app. Then came the day when I could no longer view my photos. I lost many photos when I finally just decided to delete the app. Very disappointing.

There isnt a icon to flip the camera.

This is a nice app, but it has a fatal flaw: zooming decreases image resolution. Shooting at 1.0x zoom on an iPhone 5s results in a normal 3264 x 2448 image, but zooming reduces resolution, all the way down to 816 x 612.

This camera app is amazing. I thought my iPhone took good pictures before, but with camera awesome, it takes GREAT pictures. It captures every detail to the point that its almost scary. And what I like about it is that even when you zoom, the quality is still spectacular. This is the only camera app I use now.
